Bruno Mars Mansion: 'Billionaire' Singer Shells Out Over $3M On New Home

Bruno Mars Mansion
"Billionaire" singer Bruno Mars has dropped more than $3 million on a stylish Los Angeles mansion.

The Grammy Award-winning hit-maker's sprawling new home sits on 4,064 square feet of land in the Laurel Canyon area of the city, where notable residents include actor George Clooney, comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, "Glee's" Chris Colfer, "Scrubs'" Zach Braff, tattoo artist Kat Von D, singer Kesha, among others.

Mars' mansion has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, an outdoor bar, swimming pool and deck.

Marble columns, custom-made 11-foot tall double front doors, long walls of floor-to-ceiling retractable glass panels and sky lights are a few of the mansion's luxurious features.

The property was reportedly sold in mid-July for exactly $3,254,000 to a blind trust on behalf of the 26-year-old singer. Intriguingly, it was only a year ago that the sellers bought it for $1,235,000, which means that they made a mammoth $2,019,000 profit, not including costs such as taxes, renovation expenses and real estate fees.

What do you think of Bruno Mars' new mansion?
