Grant Feasel Dies At 52

Grant Feasel Dies
Former NFL center Grant Feasel passed away Sunday morning at the age of 52.

The cause of Feasel's death was not revealed.

The former Abilene Christian University football standout was considered one of the most dominating offensive linemen in Lone Star Conference history.

In 1983, Grant Feasel was drafted as the sixth draft pick by the then-Baltimore Colts, going into their last season there before the franchise moved to Indianapolis, Indiana. He played in the 1983 season in Baltimore, then part of the season in the new location in Indianapolis, where he was traded mid-season to the Minnesota Vikings.

Feasel played two years for the Vikings, then was traded to the Seattle Seahawks, where he played six of his eight years in the NFL.

He was selected in 1997 to the NCAA Division II Team of the Quarter Century.
