'The Wolverine' promo poster leaks online?

Is this a real "The Wolverine" movie poster?
A possible poster of "The Wolverine" movie has made its way online through Instagram. It is believed to be from the office of the films's new director James Mangold.

Twentieth Century Fox has not made any comment about the said poster but according to @ScreenRant , it is legit but is just a concept art that likely won't make it into the promotional campaign.

"The Wolverine," the sequel to 2009's "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," is based on a script by Christopher McQuarrie and  Mark Bomback. The movie, an adaptation of the comics by Frank Miller, follows the story of an amnesiac Wolverine trying to find himself in the Land of the Rising Sun, Japan, where he learns to fight with a samurai warrior.

The production earlier had a delay because of its first director Darren Aronofsky's departure from the project and some undisclosed issues in Japan.

To be topbilled by Hugh Jackman, "The Wolverine" is scheduled for theater release on July 26, 2013.
