Vicki Belo arrived on Monday at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 in a wheelchair. But the celebrity doctor, who was from a week-long vacation in Los Angeles, was not suffering from injury or anything that prohibits her from taking a walk. Belo, who also covered herself with a wool, was just trying to avoid the media who were waiting for her arrival since Sunday.

The press, however, recognized the dermatologist and ran to her to ask for an interview regarding her latest breakup with longtime boyfriend and controversial TV personality Hayden Kho.

Left with no choice, Belo answered the press people's questions.

In her interview, she confirmed breaking up with Kho and denied dating someone else. She also said that their wedding, which they announced late last year, is not pushing through.

On Twitter, Belo related her airport story which she finds funny.

"Comedy at the airport. I tried to avoid the press by riding a wheelchair and covering myself with a pashmina . It was almost perfect

"But my Driver was not where he was supposed to be. The. 3 minute wait seemed like an eternity then someone shouted . Nandyan si . Dr. Belo

"Naka wheelchair . Luckily only a few got to me . My departure was much better and seamless . No one saw me talaga . To all those who care," she tweeted.

Belo added that she is doing fine and still trying to figure out the lessons she is supposed to learn from her breakup.
