The Post Apocalyptic Bohemian Readers' Poll won out & we took your suggestions & opted to use the Husband's upholstered chairs in the tiny dining room, a favorite spot of daddies & dogs. The tiny 90 square foot room sees little use for the consumption of food & drink (we eat in front of the TV in the back room, & the dining room rather serves as a front sitting room). The room has the best light in the entire hovel.
When it was decided that we would use the Italian fruit wood chairs as night stands, it precipitated a domino affect & we ended up doing a thorough cleaning of the bedroom & the stacks of books.
