Britney Spears, Demi Lovato Confirmed As 'X Factor' Judges

It's confirmed! Britney Spears and Demi Lovato are joining the panel of judges of "The X Factor (USA)."

After months of speculation, Fox has officially announced that Britney and Demi will be sitting beside Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid as "X Factor" judges, replacing Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.

Both pop stars appeared at the Fox Upfronts event in New York on Monday for the big reveal.

"I couldn’t be more excited to join The X Factor judging panel," Britney said in a statement. "I’m a huge fan of the show and now I get to be a part of the action. Simon and L.A. better watch out!"

Demi was as enthusiastic saying, "I’m so thrilled to join this legendary group of judges on [the show]. To be able to spend each week with Simon, L.A. and Britney watching the best that America has to offer is truly a dream come true."

"This year, we are going to seriously kick butt," Simon Cowell said. "We're thrilled 'The Voice' has decided to compete with us and I wish them the most sincere luck. But second's not great."

Apart from judging, Britney and Demi are also expected to mentor the contestants of the talent search.

Fox will reportedly air the second season of "The X Factor" starting this September.

Britney Spears' Philippine concert may finally push through this year.

On her official Facebook fan page, the pop icon posted this:

"I'm Miss American Dream since I was 17.
Don't matter if I step on the scene, or sneak away to the __________."

If you're a fan, you know that it is actually a line of her song, "Piece Of Me," and the missing word is "Philippines." And it is must pertain to nothing else but the Manila leg of her Femme Fatale tour which DJ Andi Manzano reported on Twitter last year.

Britney Spears' 'Everyday' gets leaked (Lyrics and Audio)

Britney Spears' unreleased single called "Everyday" has made its way online. It is uncertain yet when the song was recorded but some reports say it's a leftover of the "Femme Fatale" album.
