Jesse James and Kat von D.
Kat von D and Jesse James are back together and engaged again. Both Jesse and Kat posted photos of themselves in embraces on twitter. Jesse added, "Para siempre" to his photo, Spanish for "forever".

Jesse made an official statement to People Magazine, he said, "Sometimes you are only given one chance in life. It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her."

The news that Kat is wearing her engagement ring again, comes right after network TLC announced that this season will be the last for Kat's show L.A. Ink. The network said in a statement, "TLC has decided that the current season of L.A. Ink will be its last," they said in a statement. "The network is proud of what the series has accomplished in its four seasons, following Kat Von D's journey as an artist from Miami to Los Angeles. The series finale will air September 15th at 10 p.m."

This season will play out the relationship between Jesse and Kat, from the lovey-dovey moments to its downfall, that led the couple to call off their engagement.

Despite the fact that Jesse James and Kat Von D. have recently split up, their relationship won't be cut out of L.A. Ink.

Unfortunately [the split[ happened, but there have been no re-edits." The series show Jesse and Kat in happier times. Gil tells People Magazine, "We had access to their relationship. We stayed on [Jesse's] property. We were in Baja with them and we got it all and show that they were truly in love." However, the show also promises to answer all our questions regarding the how and why of the break up. "We're going to hear how that romance started. We're going to hear how he proposed to her and we're going to  hear how they got to the point where they are up to now."

Jesse James and Kat Von D just broke off their engagement, but there's one woman who's staying put. Well woman, 7-year old girl. Jesse, 42, was awarded sole custody of his 7-year old daughter Sunny in an Orange County, California, courthouse on Monday. This ends a multiple year custody battle between Jesse and Sunny's mother Janine Lindemulder.

Jesse's attorney John Schilling had made public that when Janine chooses to relocate to Texax, to be near Sunny, she'll need to go to an inpatient rehab. When she chooses to stay in California, she'll only be allowed to have monitored visits with Sunny.

John Schilling tells People Magazine, that "Jesse feels vindicated. This is what he's been claiming all along, that Janine needs therapy." Janine's attorney hasn't commented yet.

Jesse James and Kat Von D call off engagement

Jesse James and Kat Von D
Jesse James and Kat Von D have broken up. Jesse tells People Magazine, "I'm so sad, because I really love her." The commute between L.A. and Austin seems to have been the bottleneck for the relationship with a woman he called "my other half" not too long ago. Jesse says, "The distance between us was just too much."

Jesse, 42, and Kat, 29, got engaged in January and were planning a summer wedding around their 1-year dating anniversary. However, with Kat taping L.A. Ink in Los Angeles and Jesse living in Austin, Texas, with his kids Chandler, 16, Jesse Jr, 14, and Sunny, 7, the distance broke them up.

Kat tweeted, "I am no longer w Jesse and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I'd like to share. Thanks for respecting that."

The Legand Of Jesse James

& if you want to be high, be high. & if you want to be low, be low, for there’s a million things to be, you know that there are…  & if you want to be you, be you, & if you want to me me, be me...

Although I have appeared in over 50 of them, it seems absolutely nutty for me to do a post about a commercial, especially for a product that I care nothing about. Every time that this T-Mobile ad shows up, I am simply hypnotized. It features a song sung by Cat Stevens (I think it is unavailable, I have never been able to find it) from one of my favorite movies- Harold & Maude. The spot is well done & features Whoppi Goldberg, but I am always drawn by the 3rd person in the sequence. He always catches my full attention & makes me a feel a bit queasy & causes my heart to race & my loins to stir.  To the Husband- "OMG! I love this guy". Turns out he is a stunt man, reality star & soon to be my secret lover- Jesse James. He happens to be the husband of Sandra Bullock. She may appear in far too many crappy films, but what a lucky girl!
