The bird-printed shirt that Ann Romney wore on a television appearance on Tuesday is a creation of Reed Krakoff.

The silk tee is part of Krakoff's 2012 Spring/Summer collection and it reportedly costs $990.

A publicist for the line said it is 100% Krakoff but they did not send the top to Mrs. Romney.

"She must have bought it from Saks or Bergdorf’s, we definitely didn’t send it to her," she told ABC News.

Mrs. Romney wore the shirt when she guested on "CBS This Morning" with her husband, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

In her interview, she told the show that her husband is "a wild and crazy man inside."

"I still look at him as the boy that I met in high school when he was playing all the jokes and really just being crazy, pretty crazy," she said. "And so there’s a wild and crazy man inside of there just waiting to come out!"
