Mario Maurer for Penshoppe Pre-Summer 2012 (Video)

Penshoppe has released a new behind-the-scenes video of its latest international endorser Mario Maurer. Check out the video below featuring some of the clothing line's Pre-Summer 2012 collection.


The 23-year-old Thai heartthrob has been given the lead role in an upcoming local movie titled "Suddenly It's Magic." He will be paired with young Kapamilya actress Erich Gonzales in the movie.

Maurer gained popularity in the Philippines after he starred in 2010 film "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" which was dubbed in Tagalog and shown on ABS-CBN.

Mario Maurer Manila 'Meet-and-Greet' scheduled on October 28, 2011

Mario Maurer is flying to Manila this October 2011 to shoot an ad campaign for local clothing brand Penshoppe and to do some projects with ABS-CBN.

Mario Maurer will also be seeing his avid Noypi fans in a meet-and-greet event (Penshoppe Fan Conference) scheduled at 1PM on October 28, 2011 at the PICC Plenary Hall in Manila. It will be hosted by MTV's VJ Utt. Pan-Asian girl group Blush will also be performing in the event.

To be able to get passes to the said Penshoppe Fan Conference featuring Mario Maurer, fans have to complete the following:

1. Complete a Penshoppe Fan Conference stamp card before October 15. (P500 purchase at Penshoppe = 1 stamp. 10 stamps = 1 pass.)

2. Exchange the completed stamp card for a Fan Con pass at any Penshoppe boutique nationwide on October 20-28, 2011.

3. Arrive early at the PICC Plenary Hall with your passes on Oct. 28 because seats are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Gates will open at 11 AM. There will be 4,000 seats available.

Mario Maurer, 22, is a Thai model and actor best known for his lead roles in "The Love of Siam" (2007) and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" (2011). When the second film was aired on ABS-CBN in June - it topped daytime ratings.

Mario Maurer 'E-live', 'The Buzz' Interview (Video)

Mario Maurer, a Thai model and actor, has finally met the representatives of ABS-CBN to finalize his upcoming projects for the TV network.

On "E! Live" and "The Buzz", the Asian heartthrob shared how excited he is to meet his Noypi fans through a pre-recorded interview. Maurer also revealed that he is going to work with local clothing brand Penshoppe and will do a movie under Star Cinema in his forthcoming visit in the Philippines soon.
