Divorce for Ruud and Estelle Gullit

After 12 years of marriage Ruud Gullit has filed for divorce from Estelle Gullit-Cruijff. The former football/soccer international and now football/soccer trainer, 49, told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf that the marriage was on the rocks for quite a while already, but that 'recent revelations' made him file for divorce from his wife of 12 years, the niece of famed Dutch football/soccer international Johan Cruijff.

Rumour has it that Estelle, 33, is having an extra-marital affair with boxer Badr Hari, 27. Estelle keeps quiet, but several news outlets report similar stories: Estelle and Badr met at the JFK Gala last October and have since been seen at the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam, a charity event for Emma Kinderziekenhuis (a children's hospital), at café De Joffers and new Amsterdam hotspot The Harbour Club. Badr seems to be quite the bad boy. In 2006 he was convicted of assault of his ex-girlfriend, in 2010 he was questioned for the assault of a bouncer. Reportedly Ruud isn't entirely clean either, having had girlfriends when he worked as a trainer in Chechnya.

Ruud and Estelle have two children together: daughter Joëlle (born in 1997) and son Maxim (born in 2001). Unfortunately for Ruud this will be his third divorce. 'The black tulip' (his football nickname) was previously married to Yvonne de Vries and the Italian Christina Pensa. He has daughters Felicity and Charmayne with Yvonne and son Quincy and daughter Cheyenne with Christina.

Tamara Taylor finalizes divorce

Bones star Tamara Taylor and attorney Miles Cooley finalized their divorce on Tuesday. Tamara, who plays Dr. Camille 'Cam' Saroyan on the FOX hit series, and Miles were married for almost five years. The now-exes were wed in an intimate beach ceremony in Mexico.

Tamara, 41, and Miles did not have children together. The actress' rep says that the couple will remain amicable.

No more Team Carlisle for Jennie Garth

In the section "Things that aren't fun" the news that Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth are getting divorced. The soon-to-be-exes met in 1996 filming An Unfinished Affair and were married in 2001. They have three daughters, Luca, 14, Lola, 9, and Fiona, 5. The Twilight pater familias and the former Beverly Hills 90210 actress released a statement to People Magazine that reads, "While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children. We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time."


What a bummer! They looked like such a lovely couple. Best wishes for a smooth and cordial divorce.

Christopher Knight files for divorce from America's Next Top Model winner

Brady Bunch star Christopher Knight has filed for divorce from his wife of five years, America's Next Top Model winner Adrienne Curry.

Christopher, 53, and Adrienne, 29, met in 2005, when they both participated in VH1's Surreal Life. The married one year later. They announced their separation in May 2011, but Christopher didn't file for divorce until August 19th. He cited "irreconcilable differences." This was his third marriage and her first. The almost-divorced couple doesn't have any children together.

Grant Show and Pollyanna McIntosh are getting divorced

Grant Show and his wife of seven years, Pollyanna McIntosh, are getting a divorce. Pollyanna has filed for divorce from the actor, known for his portrayal of Jake Hanson on Melrose Place. She has cited 'irreconcilable differences' as reason for the divorce.

Pollyanna, 32, claims that the assets at stake include her diamond wedding ring, her diamond and sapphire engagement ring, a 1968 Mustang convertible, a 1978 Corvette Stingray, as well as furniture and appliances.

Grant, 49, and Pollyanna met at a Lane Bryant shoot in 2003 and wed in 2004. They have no children.

Her decision to divorce from husband-of-7-years Marc Anthony was based on self-respect and the need to be treated properly. The 42-year old singer and American Idol judge says that in her first interview since the couple announced they were going their separate ways. 

Jennifer says in the September issue of Vanity Fair, "It's not that I didn't love myself before. Sometimes we don't realize that we are compromising ourselves. To understand that a person is not good for you, or that that person is not treating you in the right way, or the he is not doing the right thing for himself, if I stay, then I am not doing the right thing for me." She adds, "I love myself enough to walk away from that now."

Jennifer and Marc did both work on making their marriage work, but "sometimes it doesn't work, and that's sad, but I remain an eternal optimist about love. I believe in love." She does emphasise that Marc will always be an important part of her life, "He will always be in our lives. He will always hold a special place in my heart as the father of my children."

As for now, the most important thing on Jen's agenda is being the best "mother [to 3-year old twins Max and Emme], entertainer and person" she can be.

Jennifer Lopez' new album is called Love? Now that she is getting divorced from husband of 7 years, Marc Anthony, the meaning behind that questionmark increases. Is the album about their soon-to-be divorce?

In her latest single Starting Over J.Lo sings, "all his secrets, all his lies, I just keep pushing 'em out my mind." She also refers to "my man" as a "dog" and a "player" and sings that she's watching "these dreams falling apart at the seams." Jennifer, 41, didn't write this song, but Wynter Gordon, Nathaniel Mills and Marcella Araica did. Perhaps one of them has major relationship issues as well?

In One Love, that Jennifer did co-write, she ticks of three previous loves (I'm guessing: Ojani Noa, Cris Judd and Ben Affleck. Although I've also heard rumours that Diddy could be one of these three), when she gets to "number four" she sings that he "sang to me, but I'm not sure. So worn out, but... made me wanna try once more."

Now that news of the divorce is out a lot of information from 'sources' finds their way to the tabloids. One such 'family friend' tells People Magazine that Jennifer and Marc, 42, broke up "after months of nonstop arguing" and that "Marc and Jennifer decided it's best to go their separate ways for the sake of their two kids."

Both Marc and Jennifer are trying to put their life back together. Marc spent the weekend performing in Columbia and Jennifer was spotted in L.A, where she shot an ad campaign for Kohl's. The source says, "Jennifer is doing okay. In the past two weeks, she has spent a lot of quality time with her kids and her family in L.A. She is, of course, sad that she and Marc didn't work out, but they both feel they have tried everything."

Whereas most of us are in shock - well that might be a bit too strong, but still very surprised - that J.Lo and Marc Anthony are getting divorced, some people close to 'Jenny from the Block' are not. J.Lo's stylist Philip Bloch said in an exclusive interview with the Mail on Sunday, that "This is not a suprise. Marc is very controlling. In the beginning she liked that, because he stood up to her, and in the early days he was very much in love with her and she was with him." Apparently not so anymore.

Jennifer and Marc started seeing each other a mere three weeks after Jen split from Ben Affleck, better yet, they called off their engagement, in January 2004. Then about 4 months later, in June 2004, they got married in a secret ceremony at Jennifer's Beverly Hills home.

Now that the divorce has been announced, rumours that Jennifer and Marc are getting back into the dating pool are abound. Jennifer is supposedly dating 'the Brad Pitt of Cuba'. William Levy, his real name, featured in the singer's video for her new single, the aptly titled, I'm into You.

William, 30, goes shirtless in the video. He can be seen getting close to Jennifer, 41, as they're frolicking on the beach together. William separated from his wife Elizabeth Guterriez a month after the video was shot. He has already denied reports that he's dating Jennifer.

 J.Lo and Marc Anthony have told People Magazine that they're calling it quits. The couple says in a joint statement, that "we have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters." The statement continues, "It is a painful time for all involved, and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time."

Jennifer, 41, and Marc ,42 were married in a secret ceremony in 2004, at Jennifer's Beverly Hills home. They welcomed fraternal twins Max and Emme in 2008.

Most recently Jennifer has appeared as a judge on American Idol. She may also feature in the next season of Glee as a cafetaria worker. She was photographed with her children Max and Emme for the 2011 spring/summer children collection of Gucci.
