Burger King has added bacon sundae on its menu, in time for summer.

The Burger King bacon sundae "features the rich and creamy vanilla Burger King soft serve, drizzled with chocolate fudge, caramel and topped with bacon crumbles, complete with a thick-cut, hardwood smoked bacon garnish." Its suggested retail price starts at $2.49.

Bacon sundae is part of the food chain's BBQ-inspired summer menu which also include the following Memphis Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich, Carolina BBQ Whopper or Chicken Sandwich, BBQ Whopper or Chicken Sandwich, Sweet Potato Fries and Frozen Lemonade

The new Summer BBQ menu, including the Burger King bacon sundae, is available for a limited-time-only at participating Burger King restaurants across the US.
