First he got a
new nose, but now Josh Hutcherson got himself a new house. The star of
The Hunger Games bought a residency previously owned by the late Heath Ledger. The property is known as 'the tree house' because of its wooden structure and stunning nature views.

The previous owner bought the house from Heath Ledger in 2008 and put it up for sale last year for $3 million. The house was built in 1951 on a secluded hillside location, it sits on nearly half an acre of land, and comes with a large deck area, grill and fire pit. Inside it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and vast seating areas. The beamed ceilings and brick fireplace give the home a retro feel.
