CPA Board Exam Results May 2012 |
According to the PRC, a total of 1,995 out of 5,315 examinees successfully passed the CPA Board Exam given by the Board of Accountancy in various testing centers across the country this May.
The exam was topped by San Beda College graduate Manuel Buensuceso, who garnered a rating of 94.86%. Coming in close second is Katrine Rose Catindig of the University of Santo Tomas, who had 94.43%. Grace Albunian of the Technological Institute of the Philippines-Manila took the third spot with her 93.00% rating. The list of May 2012 CPA Board Exam Topnotchers is available HERE.
The PRC also announced that the "registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Monday, June 4, 2012 but not later than Friday, June 8, 2012."
It added: "Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 pieces 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2012-2015. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals."
