Come the new season of The View, there will be two newlyweds. After Joy Behar, Sherri Sheperd got married this week too. Sherri married her fiancé Lamar Sally, whome she lovingly calls Sal, in the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago on Saturday.
Sherri had eight bridesmaids, including The View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Niecy Nash and Community's Yvette Nicole Brown. Jeffrey, Sherri's 6-year old son from her marriage to Jeff Tarpley, walked her down the aisle.

Before the ceremony Sherri, 44, tweeted, "Sitting in the room in my gown waiting for Sal& groomsmen to take their pics... can't let him see me b4 the wedding... but I'm bored as heck." Mere minutes before she was to walk down the aisle she tweeted again, "What happens when you are in your wedding dress and you have to tinkle? Uh-oh!"

Sherri and Sal got engaged in December and have been preparing for their big wedding ever since, "His family is from Detroit and mine are from Chicago, and we've got really close friends that we want to share the day with. So it's going to be pretty big," she told People Magazine about wedding planning.

Joy Behar and her boyfriend of 29 years, Steve Janowitz, are husband and wife. Her rep confirmed to People Magazine, "She was married in New York City last night in a private ceremony. She will discuss it on Sept. 6 on The View, when the show returns for the 15th season."

Joy, who also hosts The Joy Behar Show on HLN, got engaged to Steve in 2009, but they called off the wedding blaming "cold feet." Now, however, was the right time. Coincidentally her August 11th wedding also marks the 14th anniversary of The View's daytime debut in 1997.
