Taylor Swift part of 'Les Miserables' big screen adaptation?

It looks like Taylor Swift will be playing the role of Eponine in the movie adaptation of the hit musical "Les Miserables."

Reports about the "Fearless" singer beating out Lea Michele, Scarlett Johansson and Evan Rachel Wood for the role came out earlier this month.

Although an official casting announcement is yet to be made, it is likely that the songstress has accepted the coveted role as evidenced by her reported meeting earlier this week with the film's producer, Sir Cameron Mackintosh.

If it's true, Taylor will be joining the movie's A-list cast including Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Sacha Baron Cohen, and Helena Bonham Carter. Amanda Seyfried was also reported to have been offered for the role of Cosette.
