This is not the home of The Husband's Christmas gift to the house, a pair of Italian fruitwood chairs circa 1790s. They were moved while cleaning, but I like how they look with the pine merchant's desk, Flemish circa 1840s. The stand up desk was purchased in a flea market in Belgium by The Husband in the early 1970s.
