Charlie Day, from the box office hit Horrible Bosses, is going to be a dad. The comedian, 35, tells People Magazine, "We've got a kid due in December. We're five months along, and she's feeling great. We're excited."

The actor and his wife Mary Elizabeth Ellis, 32, both star in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. The couple consciously decided to try start a family together. Charlie says, "We decided now is the time, and we were fortunate that it happened."

The duo has been getting advice from other parents, among others, their co-stars Kaitlin Olson and Rob McElhenny, who welcomed their first child, son Axel Lee, last September. "People are always willing to give you free advice when you have a baby on the way, so we've gotten more than our fair share – and honestly, we're gonna need it!" Charlie says with a laugh. The due date is also perfect for the extended family.  "It's going to time out perfectly. We live in L.A., [so] my East Coast family and her Southern family may have to come see us this Christmas."
