Princess Diana's Royal Dresses To Go On Display At Michigan International Women’s Show

Princess Diana's royal dresses will be displayed at the Michigan International Women’s Show at Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi on May 3-6, 2012.

The "Royal Dresses of Diana, the People’s Princess" exhibit will feature a collection of Princess Diana's most famous gowns. It follows the late Princess of Wales' journey from childhood, to her engagement and wedding, her role as a devoted mother, her charity work and her untimely death.

"Showgoers will see a replica of Princess Diana’s wedding gown as they enter the show and the gown she wore dancing with John Travolta at a White House state dinner in the exhibit," Beth Anderson, executive show manager of Southern Shows, told Patch. "The display has photographs and video covering a retrospective of her life as princess, mother, fashion icon and humanitarian."

Ticket prices for the show are as follows:
  • Adult - $9.00 each - Advance Only
  • Friends Pack - $8.00 each - 4 or more; Advance only
  • Youth (6-12) - $5.00 each - Children under 6 Free with Paying Adult (excluding groups)
