Yesterday:
So I went to the doctor yesterday. We drove 3 hours to discover that I have 'silent migraines'. Basically i get all the symptoms of a migraine, but so far no actual pain. I'd been seeing spots so it needed checking out. No big deal- nothing can be done. However, I did get my pupils dilated which was a fun experience. Forgot my sunglasses and so i had to wear N's custom sunglass clip over my own glasses. Fashionable. This worked just fine and all was hunky dory except that I forgot to take off the poor fitting clip before going into the bank. SO. I essentially appeared to be 'that woman' in the bank. the one taking out money with weird glasses and dilated pupils while making excuses about looking completely stoned out of my gourd.
On the same trip, I squinted at a deer and bought some pork ribs. Good times.
This is what passes for excitement for me, folks. Buut- Everything. is. blogworthy.
Today:
Eleanore received a splendid new hat in the mail.
