November Song- Let's Stay Together

Sometimes I feel as if I am a repository for files of sadness & a certain smell, slogan, snippet of song, show or slant will open up a slight, regret, mea culpa, cruelty, disappointment or sorrow that I had assumed was deleted from my hard drive. But there it is. Let's Stay Together was what I was listening to 40 years ago today & on hearing it a file opened on my screen today. I chose not to delete this memory. I may need to bring it up to copy & paste it to my heart.
