Okay, I will stop bombarding you with home made ukulele videos soon, I swear, but you guys- Neil surprised me with a new ukulele for my birthday. He can't keep surprises. My birthday isn't for a few more weeks. I swooned all day long.
It matches my guitar, you guys. My guitar is named Miju (Michelle-Junior). So... this ukulele is called Minimiju. It's okay with me if you want to name your future babies after it. It's a pretty great name, after all.
Anyhow, a little seed of obsession has been planted in me. Right beside the little seed of guitar obsession... I didn't expect to suddenly be the owner of 2 ukuleles in as many weeks. I am getting used to it, though- like... maybe I should get a new one every week or something.
Also, I have an eye infection. Nice eh? Not pink eye. I'm not like... contagious. I just look like I got smacked around, but trust me... if anyone is going to be doing any smacking around around here it's going to be me.
I don't know why I said that, probably because I'm on a diet.
So anyhow, see? Minimiju. And don't worry, I still love Archie. I love all of my guitars equally, except for the Takamine. I'll probably trade that one for another Ukulele... because you know what? I don't have a banjolele. That's pretty sad, I think.
The good news is that the eye drops are starting to work and the world no longer looks like a haunted house everywhere I go.. all watery and foggy and spotty and full of ghosts and pop out teenagers in scary masks.
