Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has announced that she is over three months pregnant with a baby girl. The news comes mere months after Amanda, 40, suffered a stillbirth at seven months pregnant in February. The little boy was due in March. Amanda and husband Chris Hughes, a music producer, had announced the pregnancy in January. They had kept it under wraps for so long, because Amanda had already suffered a tragic miscarriage in May 2010. The couple are parents to 5-year old daughter Alexa Louise Florence, aka Lexi.

Amanda tweeted today, "Lexi's question of the day(and most days) 'Mama when are you going to get a baby in your tummy?'Happy to say TODAY Lexi!Mama is pregnant!Yay!" Later she tweeted, "OMG! Am overwhelmed with all your tweets! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! Am thrilled and and terrified all rolled into one!"

Friends of the gorgeous actress/presenter tell the Daily Mail, "Amanda was adamant they would try again after the tragedy of losing their little boy and doctors will be keeping an extremely close eye on her. She is under the best possible medical care. They [Amanda and Chris] both hope and pray that Lexi will get her wish of becoming a big sister."

In May Amanda spoke about the loss of their son, saying it was "the worst time of our lives," and added, "It was without doubt the blackest period of my life. You never think that it might happen to you. I was an absolute mess. Poor Chris was too, but he was amazing." She finished off with "I'm a naturally really optimistic girl and we're not dramatic people. Although what's happened is obviously horrifying, we can go on and have more children. Our future's bright and you have to turn the negatives into positives, and try and see everything as a blessing. That's exactly what we've done."
