I have been at a bit of a standstill with work on my memoir- Jockstraps & Vicodin: The Early Years. Most of the manuscript is done, my dear readers have had a bit of a preview. But, I have insisted on color plates for the start of each chapter. My editor had sent along great pieces, just what I would have wanted... until today. Just one little spelling error, one small consonant added & the desired impression was just off the mark. Damn that" L":This chapter is about my 1st year of college, just 1 school year in Boston, but packed with action & anecdotes. Here is my 2nd choice for the plate:
Should I have them re-do #1 or just go with the 2nd choice? It says so much.
